EFFECTIVE DATE
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by Phoenix Rising Consulting Group, Inc. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
SERVICES
Phoenix Rising Consulting Group, Inc. provides business consulting services including but not limited to strategic planning, operational consulting, leadership advisory, and project management services. Specific services will be outlined in a written agreement or proposal.
PRICING AND FEES
Pricing for consulting services is determined based on the scope, complexity, and duration of each project. Fees are negotiated on a per-project basis and detailed in a written agreement prior to the start of services.
PAYMENT TERMS
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due upon receipt of invoice. For larger projects, milestone-based payments may be required. Invoices are typically issued with Net 30 payment terms.
LATE PAYMENTS
Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are paid in full.
REFUND POLICY
Because consulting services involve the allocation of time, expertise, and resources, refunds are not provided for services already rendered. If a client chooses to cancel a project before services begin, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or preparation costs incurred. Once services have commenced, fees paid are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice. If cancellation occurs prior to the start of services, fees may be refunded as described above. If cancellation occurs after services have begun, the client is responsible for payment of all work performed up to the cancellation date.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, frameworks, reports, and deliverables created by Phoenix Rising Consulting Group, Inc. remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for internal business purposes.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phoenix Rising Consulting Group, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
